We are seeking enthusiastic Early Childhood Educators who are:
- Creative and open to innovative, play-based learning
- Curious about child development and emergent curriculum
- Energized by outdoor, nature-based education
- Strong collaborators who value teamwork and reflection
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Create a nurturing, engaging classroom environment
- Support children’s social, emotional, and cognitive development
- Facilitate play-based and outdoor learning experiences
- Collaborate with co-teachers and leadership
- Communicate effectively with families
- Maintain a safe, organized, and joyful classroom
- Experience in early childhood education (ECE) preferred
- Knowledge of play-based or Reggio-inspired approaches a plus
- Comfort working outdoors in all weather
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Jewish knowledge/experience is a plus, but not required
- $24–$29/hour, based on experience
- Paid school breaks (December, February, April)
- Paid Jewish holidays
- Summer schedule: 8-week program + August break
