About Us
Gan Shalom Nursery School is a warm, close-knit early childhood community where children are known, supported, and cared for. You are successful when children are safe, supervised, engaged, and accounted for throughout the afternoon. You participate fully during vendor-led activities, support snack and play, help children with toileting or diapering as needed, and communicate clearly with the After Care Coordinator and teaching team.

- Must be 18 years or older
- Reliable, punctual, and able to commit to a consistent weekly schedule
- Comfortable helping with toileting and diapering when assigned to younger children
- Warm, patient, and attentive with young children
- Able to follow supervision and safety expectations
- Prior experience in childcare, camp, babysitting, education, or youth programming is helpful but not required
- $19–$22/hour, based on experience and field of study
- Flexible weekly schedule around school or course obligations
- Hands-on experience in early childhood education
- Supportive team environment
- Stipends may be available for coursework or credentialing in early childhood education
