As an educator at Temple Sinai Preschool, you'll be part of a supportive environment that values collaboration, creativity, and the well-being of both children and families. Our emergent curriculum, grounded in constructivist theory, empowers children to lead their learning journey while providing the guidance and support they need to flourish.

Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate a safe, healthy, and nurturing learning environment
  • Foster physical, intellectual, social, and emotional development through engaging experiences
  • Build strong partnerships with families to support each child's unique needs
  • Ensure compliance with state licensing and health department regulations
  • Demonstrate professionalism and a commitment to ongoing growth and learning

Qualifications:

  • ECT qualification in the state of Colorado
  • Previous experience in a licensed early childhood center preferred
  • Understanding of the social, emotional, and cognitive needs of young children
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and actively engage with young children
  • CPR Certification preferred

Job Types: Full-time

Pay: $20.50 - $24.00 per hour (based on salary scale)

Education:

  • High school or equivalent (Required)
  • Bachelors in Early Childhood (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Early Childhood Education: 1 year (Required)
  • Childcare: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

  • ECT qualification (Required)
  • CPR Certification (Preferred)
