Temple Sinai Preschool in Sandy Springs, GA is a warm, inclusive, and collaborative early childhood community that nurtures the whole child through play, connection, and creativity. We are currently seeking a caring and dependable Assistant Infant Teacher to join our dedicated Infant Team.

This is a wonderful opportunity to support the growth and development of our youngest learners in a nurturing, supportive environment while building your skills and experience in early childhood education.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Lead Teacher in creating a safe, calm, and engaging environment for infants

  • Build warm, responsive relationships with each child through attentive care and interaction

  • Assist with daily routines including feeding, diapering, and napping

  • Engage infants in age-appropriate sensory, motor, and language-rich activities

  • Communicate positively and professionally with families and team members

  • Help maintain a clean, organized, and developmentally appropriate classroom

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Genuine love and patience for working with infants

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

  • Dependability, flexibility, and a nurturing disposition

  • Previous experience with infants in a childcare or preschool setting is preferred

  • Must pass background check and meet state licensing requirements for an assistant teacher
