Goldberg Montessori School (GMS) is seeking compassionate, motivated Montessori Teachers to join our dynamic early childhood team. We have full-time teaching positions in both Toddler and Primary Montessori preschool classrooms (Toddler, ages18mos - 3 yrs and Primary, ages 3 yrs - 6 yrs), working in partnership with a Judaics teacher to deliver an engaging, child-centered education grounded in the Montessori method.

About Us:
GMS is the oldest Jewish Montessori early childhood program in the Southwest United States. We integrate the principles of Montessori education with a values-based Judaic curriculum to foster intellectual, emotional, spiritual, and social growth in young children. We welcome children and educators of all backgrounds who share our values of peace, kindness, curiosity, and community.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead or co-lead a Montessori Early Childhood classroom (ages 3–6) or Toddler classroom (ages 18mos–3)
Prepare and maintain an inviting and developmentally appropriate learning environment
Observe, assess, and support each child’s growth in alignment with Montessori philosophy
Collaborate with a Judaics teacher and other staff in creating integrated learning experiences
Model respectful communication and positive guidance
Build strong, supportive relationships with children and families

Preferred Qualifications:

Montessori certification (Infant/Toddler or Early Childhood/Primary) from a recognized program (AMS, AMI, MACTE-accredited)
1–2 years of experience in a Montessori, preschool, or early childhood setting
Bachelor’s degree in Education, Early Childhood, or related field preferred
Passion for Montessori principles, holistic education, and ongoing learning
Strong classroom management and communication skills

Have preschool or childcare experience as a nanny, assistant teacher, or caregiver
Are enthusiastic about pursuing Montessori training (GMS will provide financial support!)
Love working with young children and want to grow professionally in education
