Early Childhood Teacher

Summary:
Ganon Gil Early Learning Center is seeking a caring and enthusiastic Entry-Level Early Childhood Teacher to join our team. This is a great opportunity for recent grads or current students in Early Childhood Education or related fields. You'll help create a nurturing, play-based environment for children ages 6 weeks to 5 years while gaining hands-on experience and mentorship from experienced educators.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and implementing engaging, developmentally appropriate activities.

• Support a safe, inclusive, and welcoming classroom environment.

• Observe and document child development.

• Communicate with families and provide developmental updates.

• Promote social-emotional learning and positive behavior.

• Ensure child safety, hygiene, and supervision at all times.

• Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff.

Qualifications:

• Degree or coursework in Early Childhood Education or related field.

• Experience with children (e.g., camps, babysitting, volunteer work) is a plus.

• Strong communication, creativity, and a nurturing attitude.

• CPR/First Aid certified or willing to obtain.
