The Early Learning Center at Yeshiva in Squirrel Hill is looking for a nurturing and enthusiastic Assistant Preschool Teachers to join our team! If you love working with young children and want to be part of a warm, supportive environment, this is the perfect opportunity for you.
Position Details:
- Hours: Monday - Thursday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM (2pm end time Fridays!)
- Pay: $14 - $18 per hour, based on experience
Responsibilities:
- Support lead teachers in creating a safe, engaging, and nurturing classroom
- Assist with daily routines, activities, and hands-on learning experiences
- Foster social and emotional growth in a positive environment
- Help maintain a clean and organized classroom
- Supervise children during meals, playtime, and transitions
Qualifications:
- Passion for working with young children
- Previous childcare experience preferred but not required
- Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with staff and families
- Energetic, patient, and reliable
