Operations Coordinator
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:45 AM–2:00 PM (0.78 FTE)
Salary: $32,000–$39,000 annually
Benefits: 2 weeks PTO
Overview:
The Operations Coordinator supports daily administrative, compliance, and operational functions of our early childhood program. This role works closely with leadership to ensure smooth staffing, accurate records, and regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities Include:
Support compliance with PKC, Keystone STARS, and Department of Health regulations
Maintain enrollment, staff, and child records
Assist with compliance reports, audits, and assessments
Oversee health screenings and illness logs
Manage staffing systems, time clock, and time-off tracking
Coordinate substitute coverage with external agencies
Process purchasing and reimbursements; order classroom materials
Prepare newsletters, fliers, rosters, and other materials
Provide general administrative and program support, including child supervision as needed

Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities
Attention to detail and confidentiality
Early childhood or administrative experience preferred
