Summer Camp Counselor (Afternoon Shifts Available!)

About Us:
Camp Saul Spielberg is an engaging and dynamic summer camp dedicated to providing children with a fun, safe, and enriching experience. Our program includes exciting activities such as arts & crafts, sports, team-building games, and outdoor adventures. We are looking for enthusiastic and responsible individuals to join our team as Camp Counselors, especially those available for afternoon shifts.

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise and engage with campers to ensure a safe, fun, and positive environment.

• Lead and participate in various activities, including sports, arts, and team challenges.

• Assist in maintaining a structured and organized camp schedule.

• Foster teamwork, respect, and inclusion among campers.

• Communicate effectively with campers, fellow staff members, and camp leadership.

• Ensure the safety and well-being of all campers, following camp policies and procedures.

• Support afternoon programming and assist in end-of-day wrap-ups.

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 16 years old.

• Energetic, responsible, and enthusiastic about working with children.

• Ability to work as part of a team and take initiative when needed.

• Experience working with children (preferred but not required).

• CPR/First Aid certification (preferred, training may be provided).

• Availability to work afternoon shifts is strongly preferred.
