Floater/Support Teacher 

Are you passionate about working with young children and love the idea of being flexible and adaptable in your role? We are looking for a warm and dedicated individual to join our nurturing and vibrant team! This role offers the exciting opportunity to work with children ranging in age from 6 months to 5 years old, stepping into different classrooms and supporting where needed throughout the day.

What You’ll Do
- Provide support in various classrooms, assisting lead and assistant teachers in daily activities.
- Engage with children through play, helping them grow emotionally, socially, and academically.
- Foster a safe, welcoming, and positive environment for children to thrive.
- Step in to give classroom teachers breaks, or provide coverage when needed.
- Assist with lesson implementation, classroom management, and activities that support child development.
- Communicate effectively with teachers and families to ensure a consistent and caring experience for all children.

- You have a nurturing, patient, and enthusiastic personality.
- You love the idea of working with different age groups, from infants to preschoolers.
- You’re a team player who can collaborate easily with teachers and staff.
- You’re excited to help children learn, grow, and play!

Qualifications
- Prior experience working with children is preferred, but we are happy to train the right person.
- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
- A positive attitude and a love for working with children!
