Toddler/Preschool All School Floater and/or Extended Day Teachers

Gan Elohim Early Learning Center, located in a warm and welcoming Jewish Reform synagogue in Wellesley, Massachusetts, is led by a team of dedicated educators. Gan Elohim offers a loving and inclusive environment where children learn and grow. We are seeking certified Preschool/Toddler Lead Teachers or Teachers to join our staff for the 2025-2026 school year. These positions are for all school floater teachers and/or extended day staff. These are M-F positions, either part-time or full-time. Salaries are dependent on experience and the number of hours worked.

These positions begin at the end of August 2025. Candidates must possess a passion for teaching young children, a creative and nurturing personality, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. The role includes planning activities, supervising outside time, rest time, and free play time, all while guiding the social and emotional development of students.

Candidates should hold a Bachelor's degree and/or be teacher-certified through the EEC. Candidates must display understanding and warmth towards children and parents. Pay will depend on qualifications and experience, and benefits are offered. We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 26 – 40 per week
