Gan Mah Tov Preschool, a warm and community-centered Modern Orthodox Jewish preschool in Oakland, California, is seeking an experienced and collaborative Director of Learning to help lead and strengthen our educational program. Working closely with the Gan Director, this individual will support curriculum development, mentor and coach teachers, lead professional growth initiatives, and help ensure educational excellence across classrooms. The ideal candidate is passionate about early childhood education, values play-based and child-centered learning, and is excited to help children develop strong foundations in Jewish identity, values, Hebrew language, and community.

Successful candidates will have experience in early childhood education, curriculum planning, instructional leadership, and teacher mentoring. Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills are essential. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape the educational vision of a growing preschool while working alongside dedicated educators, engaged families, and joyful children.
