Lead Toddler Teacher

We are seeking a passionate educator to join our team at Temple Emanu El. In this role, you will create a nurturing and engaging learning environment for young children, helping them develop essential skills while fostering their love for learning.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with educational standards.
  • Manage classroom activities to ensure a safe and productive learning environment.
  • Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and staff to support children's development.
  • Assess student progress and adapt teaching methods to meet individual needs.
  • Provide care and supervision during playtime, meals, and other activities.
  • Maintain a clean and organized classroom that promotes learning.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Strong classroom management skills and the ability to engage young learners.
  • Experience in childcare or preschool settings is highly desirable.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and communicate effectively with parents.
