Job Description: Kindergym Program Leader Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and entrepreneurial individual to lead our established Kindergym program. The program is designed for caregivers (parents, grandparents, nanny's) with children 6 months to 36 months from diverse religious and cultural backgrounds.
This role is perfect for someone who takes initiative and is eager to make the program their own. The program is to foster a fun, safe, and supportive environment for young children and their families.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the operations of the Kindergym program, ensuring a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere.
Develop and implement engaging activities for caregivers and children, such as climbing, sliding, trampolines, puzzles, painting easels, music, parachute play, singing, and storytelling.
Foster an environment of respectful caregiving, encouraging children to express their feelings and supporting their emotional development.
Build strong relationships with families, creating a community where children and caregivers can make new friends.
Maintain and organize the activity-filled room, ensuring all equipment and materials are safe and in good condition.
Promote the program in the community, attracting new participants and retaining current families.
