Preschool Toddler Teacher  needed  at Woodbury Jewish Center in Woodbury, Long Island. Do you love to sing, dance and play? Do you have an open and loving heart and mind and a desire to spend your time with two year old preschoolers in a developmentally appropriate, play based Jewish early childhood program?  If the answer is yes, then this is the job for you!

Responsibilities include collaboration with your teaching team to optimize experiences for the preschoolers, assisting the Head Teacher with the day to day classroom activities and preparing materials and supplies, attending monthly staff meetings, and  participating in a minimum of 15 hours of professional development.

Qualifications: A minimum of two years experience as a Head Teacher in the field of early childhood education with a CDA, Bachelors degree in Early Childhood Education and/or a Masters in Education, in good physical health with the ability to move quickly and lift 40 lbs., dependable, flexible, enthusiastic, sensitive to the feelings and needs of others, eager to learn, excellent communication skills, high energy, yet calm, and a team player.
