We Are Looking For a Leader Who:
❤️ Has a deep love for young children and a joyful, values-driven approach to education
📚 Holds a Director Certification (or is working towards one by September 2025) Can help with attaining one.
👩‍🏫 Has teaching experience
🌱 Embraces the Reggio Emilia philosophy and values play-based, child-centered learning
🤝 Thrives in a close-knit, community-driven environment
💡 Possesses strong, compassionate leadership skills, guiding both children and staff with care, confidence, and vision
