We're looking for a warm, engaged teacher who will help create a nurturing environment where children 12-18 months feel safe and families feel supported.
We are a small Jewish nonprofit, which means you'll have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships, receive individualized support, and contribute your ideas every day. Our community includes families from across the Jewish spectrum and educators from diverse backgrounds who share a commitment to child-centered learning and joyful Jewish life.
If you're someone who loves being on the floor engaging with children, enjoys working as part of a collaborative team, and wants to grow as an educator, we'd love to meet you.
Position OverviewAs an Infant/ Toddler Co-Teacher, you'll partner with your teaching team to create a calm, organized, Montessori-inspired classroom where children can safely explore, develop trusting relationships, and reach important developmental milestones.
You'll help families feel confident leaving their children each morning by providing consistent, loving care and thoughtful communication throughout the day.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare the classroom each morning so it is clean, organized, fully stocked, and ready for children.
