• Demonstrate a passion for early childhood education, with prior experience working with young children.
• Must be organized and adept at creating engaging lesson plans.
• Exhibit motivation and teamwork skills.
• Possess knowledge of preschool-aged developmental milestones.
• Utilize a positive approach in managing challenging behavior 
• Maintain a well-organized, clean, and engaging classroom environment in collaboration with your co-teacher.
• Communicate effectively and build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
