About Our Program
At The J, we’re proud to offer a top-tier early childhood program accredited by the State of Missouri and inspired by the Reggio Emilia approach and Conscious Discipline framework. We create a nurturing, value-driven environment where kids aged 6 weeks to 5 years thrive—and so do our teachers!

Your Day-to-Day Includes:
- Planning and delivering engaging, hands-on curriculum
- Preparing and conducting parent-teacher conferences with professionalism
- Building strong, respectful relationships with children, families, and colleagues
- Providing a safe, nurturing environment for children to grow and learn
What We’re Looking For:
- ❤️ Passionate educators with prior experience working with children
- 📝 High school diploma (or GED) required; further education in Early Childhood a plus (funding available!)
- ✅ Ability to meet MO Family Care Registry requirements and maintain active registration
- 🦠 Current TB test and Hepatitis A vaccination (required by state regulations)
- 🎨 Training or familiarity with the Reggio Emilia Approach is a bonus
Scheduling

- Four 10-hour days
Our program operates Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM.
