What you’ll do:

• Assist lead teachers in planning and facilitating engaging, nature rich, play-based learning experiences
• Support children’s social, emotional, and cognitive development
• Help create a warm, safe, and inclusive classroom environment
• Collaborate with a team that values and teaches executive function, symbolic thinking, perspective taking, curiosity, and care
• Build positive relationships with families and caregivers
