Preschool Lead Teachers – BMH-BJ Preschool

BMH-BJ Preschool, a vibrant play-based early childhood program in Denver, is seeking energetic and compassionate Lead Teachers to join our teaching team. We are currently hiring for both infant/toddler and preschool-age classrooms (ages 1–5).

We are looking for educators who bring a deep love and patience for young children and who are warm, flexible, and collaborative. Our ideal candidates are excited to help foster a joyful learning environment rooted in developmentally appropriate practice, creativity, and a strong sense of community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create meaningful connections with children and families 

• Incorporate Jewish traditions, values, and culture, with support, into the classroom 

• Communicate effectively with children, families, and colleagues 

• Create a classroom environment where families feel welcomed and involved in their child’s learning

• Support children’s social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development

• Plan and implement, with support, an engaging, developmentally appropriate curriculum 

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field

• At least 6 semester hours in Early Childhood Education (ECE)

• Experience working with young children in a licensed early childhood setting

• Knowledge of best practices in early childhood education and a passion for play-based learning

• Must pass a background check
