We are seeking a flexible, nurturing, and dependable Floater Teacher to support classrooms serving children from birth through kindergarten. This role is ideal for an individual who enjoys working with a variety of age groups and thrives in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide support across classrooms serving children from birth through kindergarten
• Assist lead teachers with daily routines, transitions, and classroom activities
• Step into classrooms as needed to cover breaks, absences, and staff support
• Engage children in age-appropriate, developmentally appropriate activities
• Maintain a safe, nurturing, and positive learning environment
• Perform diaper changes and assist with toileting as needed
• Help with feeding, cleanup, and overall classroom organization
• Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines

Requirements:

• Comfortable working with all age groups (infants through kindergarten)
• Willingness to change diapers and assist with personal care routines
• Ability to adapt quickly and work in a flexible, fast-paced environment
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Positive, patient, and dependable demeanor
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and actively participate in classroom activities
