Early Childhood Teacher – Full Time or Part Time (Infants, Toddlers & Preschool)
We are seeking a passionate and nurturing Early Childhood Teacher to join our community. In this role, you will work with children across our school, including infants, toddlers, and preschoolers, creating warm, engaging, and developmentally appropriate learning environments at every stage.
You’ll design hands-on, play-based experiences that foster curiosity, independence, and early social-emotional skills, while collaborating with families and fellow educators to support each child’s growth and success. This role is ideal for an adaptable educator who enjoys working with multiple age groups and contributing to the full school community.
Schedule Options
- Full Time: Monday–Friday, 10:15am–6:15pm
- Part Time: Monday–Friday, 2:15pm–6:15pm
This position offers flexibility, collaboration, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact within a supportive early childhood education environment.
Qualifications
Candidates should have a love for working with young children and a desire to create joyful, engaging classroom experiences across developmental stages. Specific qualifications vary by role:
Teacher:
- Prior classroom teaching experience required (experience with infants, toddlers, and/or preschool preferred)
- ECE certification strongly preferred (we will pay for certification if not already obtained)
Lead Teacher:
- Significant classroom teaching experience required
- ECE certification required
- Leadership skills to guide classroom planning and collaboration
Responsibilities

- Planning and implementing developmentally appropriate, play-based curriculum for infants, toddlers, and preschoolers
- Supporting children’s social, emotional, and cognitive development at each age level
- Partnering with families to build strong school-to-home connections
- Collaborating with fellow teachers and administrators to foster a positive team environment
- Maintaining safe, organized, and engaging classroom spaces
- Mentoring and supporting colleagues (Lead Teacher role)
