  • Assist Lead Teacher in implementing age-appropriate curriculum and daily lesson plans

  • Help supervise and engage children in classroom and outdoor activities

  • Support children’s emotional, social, and cognitive development through play and learning

  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment

  • Guide children through routines including meals, naps, toileting, and transitions

    Help prepare and clean up materials for learning centers and activities

  • Foster positive relationships with children, families, and staff

  • Attend required meetings, trainings, and school events

  • Follow all school policies, licensing regulations, and safety procedures

  • Completion of Introductory Childcare Training (45 hours) or willingness to obtain.
  • CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
