We are a Jewish-values-based preschool deeply rooted in the principles of care, connection, and curiosity. Guided by a Reggio Emilia-inspired approach, we believe in creating meaningful, responsive relationships with each child and providing a play-based, emergent curriculum that honors children’s natural wonder and development.

What You'll Do:
As an Infant Co-Teacher, you’ll be an essential part of a teaching team that:
  • Creates a nurturing, calm, and responsive environment for infants
  • Builds strong, attuned relationships with children, families, and colleagues
  • Collaborates with co-teachers to observe, reflect, and plan developmentally appropriate experiences
  • Set up and maintain classroom organization and cleanliness to best support children's health and safety
  • Embodies and models Jewish values such as chesed (kindness), kehillah (community), and tikkun olam (repairing the world)
  • Supports a classroom culture of empathy, joy, and discovery
