Position Overview:
Join our exceptional team of dedicated educators in a supportive, child-centered learning environment. As an Early Childhood Educator, you will play a crucial role in creating a safe and enriching space for young learners. Using an emergent curriculum based on constructivist theory, you will advance physical and intellectual competence while supporting social and emotional development. Positive guidance, establishment of productive relationships with families, and commitment to professionalism are essential aspects of this role.

Qualifications:
- ECT qualified in the state of Colorado (PDIS credential 3.0 2-6)
- Previous teaching experience in a licensed early childhood center preferred
- Knowledge of the social, emotional, and cognitive needs of young children
- Familiarity with state licensing and health department rules and regulations
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and freely move with very young children
- CPR Certification (Preferred)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.77 - $26.00 per hour, based on salary scale
Expected hours: 36 – 39 per week

- 7-8 hour shift, with 1/2 hour unpaid break
