Candidate Pool: School Office Administrator
Netivot Shalom Preschool at Congregation Netivot Shalom
Part-Time
March 2026
The School Office Administrator will be a critical member of our team, providing the administrative infrastructure that allows our educators to focus on what they do best: teaching. This is a detail-oriented, people-facing role that requires someone who is organized, proactive, and genuinely enjoys supporting families within a school community.
No Early Childhood Education background is required. The ideal candidate enjoys working with families, parents/guardians, and children and is eager to be part of a mission-driven, values-based Jewish educational community.
The position parameters are somewhat flexible, and we are fully prepared to provide support to the right candidate. If you see yourself fulfilling some of the job requirements but not others, you are encouraged to apply. We will determine the type of support you need to successfully fill the role.
Congregation Netivot Shalom is currently posting multiple positions as part of an intentional and open-minded search process. We are excited to meet candidates who feel drawn to one or more possible positions at Netivot Shalom Preschool, as we determine the best fit and structure for our school community.
