As a Floater Teacher, you’re an essential part of our school. You’ll:

• Step into classrooms to support teaching teams, maintain continuity, and keep the day running smoothly
• Build meaningful relationships with children across age groups
• Help create calm, engaging, and joyful learning environments
• Support play-based, hands-on learning experiences
• Use positive guidance to nurture social-emotional development
• Collaborate with a team that truly supports one another

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety, teamwork, and being a steady, supportive presence throughout the school.What We’re Looking For

• Qualified Early Childhood Teacher (ECT) in Colorado
• Experience in a licensed early childhood setting (preferred)
• A genuine love for working with young children
• Strong emotional awareness, patience, and flexibility
• Ability to be active throughout the day (including lifting up to 40 lbs.)

Schedule

• Monday–Friday, between 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
• Flexible scheduling (early, late, or full-day shifts)
• Benefits eligibility at 36+ hours/week
