Job Description:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Infant Teacher to join our early childhood education team. As an Infant Teacher, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing, stimulating, and safe environment for infants (ages 3-12 months) to promote their development and well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide attentive, high-quality care to infants in a classroom setting.
Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans to foster physical, emotional, and cognitive development.
Maintain consistent communication with parents about their children’s progress, daily activities, and milestones.
Ensure a clean, safe, and stimulating environment for the infants, adhering to health and safety guidelines.
Monitor and record infants developmental progress, including motor skills, communication, and social interactions.
Support feeding, diapering, and napping schedules based on individual infant needs.
Collaborate with co-teachers and other staff to maintain a cohesive and effective team.
Qualifications:
Experience working with infants in a childcare or educational setting.
Strong communication skills with infants, parents, and coworkers.
Passionate about working with young children and committed to their growth and development.
Knowledge of infant development milestones and early education best practices.
