Infant/Toddler Teacher

Our Moriah Early Childhood Center family is looking to add warm and dynamic early childhood educators who are inspired by the curiosity and wonder of children. Responsibilities include:

• Working within a team of educators
• Ability to listen to and observe children
• Co-create and plan invitations that support children as they explore and discover
• Creating and maintaining emotionally-responsive partnerships with children and parents
• Documenting learning and making visible the ways in which children make sense of the world
• Maintaining a nurturing classroom environment.

• Upholding school policies and maintaining confidentiality

Skills include:

• Experience, preferred, as an early childhood educator
• Excellent understanding of the principles of child development
• Effective communication skills
• Ability to collaborate with children, colleagues and families
• Friendly and reliable
• Familiarity with safety and sanitation guidelines for classrooms

• Education: Minimum of an Associate's Degree, including (6) credit hours of early childhood Compensation for this position includes vacation time. Insurance benefits are available. We offer extensive opportunities for growth and professional development.
