EC Lead Teacher & Young Families Program Director

Are you a warm, dedicated early childhood educator with a passion for Jewish values and a spark for leadership? We're looking for someone extraordinary to lead our vibrant, values-driven Early Learning Center!

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced ELC teacher ready to step into a leadership role and truly make a difference. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in both Judaic and early childhood education, along with inspiring leadership skills and a collaborative, team-centered mindset.

In this role, you'll shape meaningful curriculum, mentor an amazing team of educators, build deep relationships with families, and play a key role in accreditation and program development. Your vision and heart will help grow our nurturing, joyful community.

Our Ideal Candidate:

  • Well-versed in Jewish tradition 
  • Connected to the Buffalo Grove / Chicago Area
  • Experienced ECE teacher 
  • Knowledgeable of ECE Regulations or eager to learn 

Benefits:
