What You'll Do
- Build nurturing relationships with toddlers and their families.
- Observe children and plan engaging learning experiences based on their interests.
- Create a classroom where children feel safe, confident, and excited to learn.
- Communicate regularly with families about children's growth and development.
- Collaborate with your teaching team.
- Reflect on your practice and participate in ongoing professional learning.

- Has experience working with toddlers in an early childhood setting.
- Understands child development and developmentally appropriate practice.
- Builds authentic relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
- Communicates openly and enjoys working as part of a team.
- Believes every child can grow and succeed.
- Is excited to continue learning and growing as an educator.

- Experienced toddler teachers
- CDA candidates

Compensation & Benefits
Salary: $42,000–$58,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
